What the website is for

This site explains the AI desk. A person types what is changing. The model drafts a brief, a lane of owners, and a notice. An organization can open a 21-day room, book a weekday walkthrough, or ask for Porch, Hall, or a Wing quote. Hours for a person on the phone are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific, except holidays.

What the website is not

It is not an enrollment form for after-school sessions, a family portal, or a public directory of children. A parent looking for a seat in a program should use the enrollment path of the program they already know. The association’s name on this site identifies the publisher of the software. The model does not send a notice until a person signs it.

How the room is meant to be used

A lead writes a few sentences. The model returns a brief, suggested owners, and a notice draft. A person accepts or rewrites each piece. The log keeps the model’s draft and the human edit so the next meeting can see what was changed.
