Made4ChangeThese terms cover made4change.net and the Made4Change room offered by Raleigh Park After School Care Association, 3670 SW 78th Ave, Portland, OR 97225. Sending a room request, a plan request, or a paid order means you accept these terms for your organization.
1. The service
Made4Change is AI workspace software. A person describes a change. The model drafts a brief, suggests owners, and writes a notice. A notice is sent only after a person in the organization signs it. The site is not an enrollment system for childcare sessions and it does not promise that a draft will be accurate or that a change will succeed.
2. Who may use it
You must be able to bind the organization you name, and you must be at least 18. You are responsible for the seats you invite and for activity under those seats.
3. Plans and payment
Porch is $48 per month and includes 40 model drafts. Hall is $126 per month and includes 200 model drafts. Wing is the price and draft volume in a written quote. A new room includes 21 days before the first invoice. After that, the plan renews monthly until you stop the next invoice from the billing page or by email to hello@made4change.net before the renewal date. Taxes may be added. 4. Acceptable use
Do not break into a room you were not invited to, overload the service, upload unlawful material, or use the desk to violate someone else’s rights. We may suspend a room for abuse or for an unpaid invoice after notice.
5. Your material
Your organization keeps its rights in the briefs and files it submits. You give us a limited permission to host and display that material so we can provide the room. The Privacy Policy covers personal information.
6. Our material
The Made4Change name, the page design, and the room interface belong to the association or its licensors. You may not copy the service except as these terms allow.
7. Disclaimers
The room is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A model draft can be wrong. It is not legal, medical, or childcare advice, and it is not sent until a person signs it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability arising out of the service in a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the room in the three months before the claim.
9. Refunds
The refund policy is part of these terms. A 10-business-day window applies to the first paid charge of a plan.
10. Law and disputes
Oregon law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Multnomah County, Oregon, are the venue, unless a law says a dispute must be heard somewhere else.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continuing to use a paid room after the new date means the organization accepts the update for the next renewal. If you do not accept it, stop the renewal before that date.
